GLUTEN-FREE...SOY-FREE.....LOW CARB.....HIGH PROTEIN.....WHAT TO FEED, WHAT NOT TO FEED?????
A good question to ask
at Edgewood Animal Clinic
Understand that many pets are in need of specially formulated diets. Some have certain allergies that restrict specific ingredients from the diet. Others are in need of more or less carbohydrates or proteins. Pet food companies such as Hills spend a lot of time and research with trials being run long before the food is available to the public. A lot of the "designer" brands do not have the funding for research to formulate their diets as the larger companies such as Hills Diets do. What your neighbor's pet eats could be harmful for your own pet. Only your veterinarian can accurately diagnose and recommend restrictive diets for your pet.
