Our experienced veterinary team utilizes advanced monitoring equipment to track your pet’s vital signs during the procedure and ensure that they remain stable and comfortable. We also provide a pre-surgical consultation to pet owners, where we discuss the surgical procedure, potential risks, and postoperative aftercare.
We understand that having your pet undergo surgery can be a stressful and anxious experience. That’s why our team works hand-in-hand with pet owners, ensuring that they are comfortable and informed throughout the process. We take the time to sit down with clients to explain the surgical procedure and answer any questions they may have. Our veterinary team also offers guidance on postoperative care, including medication, exercise limitations, and general care.
Surgery and Dental Deposit Policy
In order to guarantee the surgery or dental appointment slot, a $200 deposit will be collected at the time of booking. If a deposit cannot be secured at the time of booking, it will be required to be paid 1 week from the scheduled procedure. Rescheduling a procedure without a deposit can occur at 1 time per procedure by providing 48 business hours’ notice of cancellation. Surgical deposits are non-refundable unless the patient is deemed ineligible for anesthetic procedures. Surgical deposits will be applied to the balance on the procedure day. The remainder of the balance will be required at checkout. In order to reschedule a missed surgery appointment, a NEW NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER equal to $200.
